RING JEWEL BEARINGS

GRADE 5 RUBY PROBE

The balls are made of synthetic ruby single crystal, which has high compressive strength and wear resistance. we can also provide measure balls of silicon nitride and zirconia materials according to customer's needs. The roundness of the balls can reach G3 grade.

SAPPHIRE BALL SEAT

Sapphire valve seat and valve ball are made of synthetic corundum single crystal，which is resistance to corrosion by various solvent，as the same time you can choose Alumina Ceramics and Zirconia Ceramics for material。

HIGH PRESSURE WATER-JET NOZZLE

High pressure water-jet nozzle is stainless steel nozzle embedded with orifice jewels(ruby/sapphire). The high hardness (9Moh’s ) and wear resistance of ruby/sapphire are utilized to extend the service life of the nozzle and it’s good thermal conductivity can protect components from damage.

SAPPHIRE TUBE

Sapphire has good light transmittance in the spectrum range from 200nm to 5500nm, and the infrared transmittance almost does not change with the temperature. Its working temperature can reach 1900℃. These features enables user to use the sapphire window to carry out spectroscopic analysis in the high-pressure chamber.

SAPPHIRE PLUNGER RODS&ASSEMBLIES

Sapphire plunger rods is made of synthetic corundum single crystal，which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and chemical stability.
